WellBeing4VET is a collaborative European initiative, co‑funded by the European Union, that puts employees at the heart of Vocational Education and Training (VET). Our vision is to create VET workplaces where teachers, trainers, managers, and support staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive, professionally, socially, and personally.

By strengthening key competences such as leadership, communication, interaction, stress management, and conflict resolution, we help build healthier, more inclusive, and future‑ready working environments. Employee well‑being is not an added extra. It is essential for quality education, resilient organizations, and sustainable VET systems.

Through practical tools, shared practices, collaborative activities, and the CollaboraKit, WellBeing4VET supports continuous development, cooperation across borders, and long‑term impact throughout the VET sector.
