WellBeing4VET is designed to deliver lasting impact, not short-term solutions.

At the heart of this approach is the CollaboraKit. As a living and evolving resource, it supports both employees and organisations by enabling them to:

– Share best practices across organizations and borders
By integrating well-being into daily structures, routines, and leadership practices, WellBeing4VET fosters a sustainable culture of care, competence, and collaboration within VET workplaces.

These ambitions are translated into everyday practice through targeted training activities, collaborative workshops, and the CollaboraKit, a practical toolbox designed for continuous and long-term use in VET environments.
