WellBeing4VET – A sustainable and social VET working environment focusing on well-being is an initiative dedicated to transforming Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions by prioritizing staff well-being and promoting a socially responsible working environment. We believe that a positive educational ecosystem begins with a healthy, motivated, and supported workforce.

  • Objective: to create a sustainable VET environment where staff well-being is a leadership priority, fostering long-term success and community impact.

  • Implementation: we are developing branding, communication strategies, and the CollaboraKit platform, alongside hosting international workshops to share best practices.

  • Expected Results: increased organizational flexibility, enhanced civic engagement, and the establishment of a sustainable workplace culture across European VET centers.
